About the role

  • Sr. Category Manager for STANLEY working with global teams on assortment strategies and market analysis. Managing product lifecycle and delivering category education for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across global teams to develop and implement comprehensive global assortment strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Coordinate with other category managers to integrate brand strategies into global commercial assortments.
  • Partner with commercial teams to manage and optimize assortments effectively.
  • Conduct regular research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Transform market intelligence into actionable insights.
  • Support regional teams in the execution and optimization of retail planograms.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including margin analysis and SKU rationalization.
  • Track the success of merchandising efforts and provide performance-based insights to stakeholders.
  • Deliver category education to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience within the Consumer Products Industry
  • Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Assortment Planning and Commercial Execution Experience (Essential)
  • Being data-driven.
