Responsibilities
Collaborate across global teams to develop and implement comprehensive global assortment strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and brand positioning.
Coordinate with other category managers to integrate brand strategies into global commercial assortments.
Partner with commercial teams to manage and optimize assortments effectively.
Conduct regular research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Transform market intelligence into actionable insights.
Support regional teams in the execution and optimization of retail planograms.
Manage the product lifecycle, including margin analysis and SKU rationalization.
Track the success of merchandising efforts and provide performance-based insights to stakeholders.
Deliver category education to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Marketing
5+ years of experience within the Consumer Products Industry

Assortment Planning and Commercial Execution Experience (Essential)
