Responsibilities
Strengthen the relationship between the company and labor and employer union representatives, assisting in conflict resolution;
Identify and propose improvements to clauses in collective agreements and conventions;
Conduct collective agreement negotiations;
Ensure compliance with labor law and ensure internal teams do the same;
Track the publication of collective agreements and monitor the validity/term of collective agreements and conventions;
Provide support to internal teams on union-related matters, questions, additional information, and updates to agreements and collective conventions;
Support leadership and the legal department on matters related to inspections, labor lawsuits, and related demands;
Prepare budgets and provisions arising from the economic clauses of collective agreements and conventions;
Monitor and update departmental KPIs and maintain various spreadsheet controls (Excel);
Conduct assemblies;
Act as company representative (preposto).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field;
Postgraduate degree in Labor Law, Union and Labor Relations, or a related field is desirable;
Proficiency with Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
Knowledge of the GRTS system is desirable;
Experience in union negotiation;
Knowledge of labor legislation;
