About the role
- GenAI Program Management Intern supporting AI adoption and operational processes for Radian. Engaging in automation initiatives and improving governance frameworks throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for automation initiatives.
- Maintain and prioritize the intake backlog for automation requests; including completion of ROI (Return on Investment) and CBA (Cost-Benefit Analysis) for incoming automation requests.
- Track and maintain key metrics related to AI adoption, bias monitoring, uptime, and overall program performance.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and decks for executive stakeholders to communicate program progress and strategic updates.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining governance frameworks for AI, including risk management and ethical guidelines.
- Support initiatives to streamline and enhance operational processes within the GenAI program.
- Conduct training and focus on user enablement across automation tools
- Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Work Experience: No prior work-related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Personal experience in AI technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized.
