B2B Customer Advisor handling inquiries for major client DKB in the payment sector. Involves analysis, communication, and process improvement in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Provide telephone and written support to DKB and respond to and coordinate all inquiries related to qards' service scope (e.g., prevention and claims management, IT, complaints, regulatory matters, etc.)
Analyze (new) requirements from our client and coordinate with the relevant internal departments
Prepare proposals, decision papers, and contract amendments in close cooperation with the specialist departments and the legal team
Facilitate client meetings and workshops and prepare documentation of the outcomes
Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes, identify improvement opportunities in existing workflows and drive their implementation
Bring subject-matter expertise to cross-functional projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in the payments or banking sector, or in B2B customer support in related industries
Strong customer and service orientation with a friendly, articulate and confident manner
Experience in process and quality management combined with good technical understanding and strong analytical and conceptual skills
Structured and independent way of working
IT affinity and experience working on projects
Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Business-fluent German and good English skills
A clean basic police clearance certificate and a signed internal declaration confirming that your financial affairs are in order (e.g., no personal insolvency or wage garnishment).
