Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging and impactful learning sessions across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
Deliver core and bespoke programs aligned to business priorities and capability frameworks.
Ensure learning experiences are inclusive, learner-centric, and aligned with adult learning principles.
Provide input into content design by reviewing materials and offering feedback based on delivery experience.
Collaborate with instructional designers and program leads to ensure readiness and relevance of learning materials.
Contribute to post-session debriefs and feedback loops to inform continuous improvement.
