About the role
- Risk Management Claims Representative overseeing risk application software administration at Providence Medical Foundation. Developing data tools and managing day-to-day application operations with process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ongoing administration of Risk application software, currently Datix or similar system.
- Familiar with all aspects of the application and related modules and will operate administrative functions for the application.
- Develops and distributes data/reports and decision making tools used throughout the organization.
- Coordinates with end users and project stakeholders to continue to make enhancements to the application.
- Manages the day to day operations of the application including maintenance of active reports.
- Seeks to streamline and create efficiencies within the application through the use of process improvement methodologies.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent education/experience
- 1 year of experience with use of database systems and analysis of data.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
