About the role
- Senior Data Governance Analyst at Manulife enabling data governance best practices across Group Functions Segment. Collaborate with teams to promote data literacy and manage compliant initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the accelerated deployment of a data governance program across the Group Functions Segment.
- Partner and build trusted, productive relationships with Global and Regional Data Office, Advanced Analytics Team, Data Owners, Data Stewards and Custodians.
- Support DEG Lead in delivering the objectives outlined on the data governance roadmap for the Group Functions Segment.
- Work with the DEG Team and global counterparts to promote a data driven culture through data literacy programs and best practices.
- Develop content and conduct training sessions, maturity assessment workshops, as well as the development and implementation of communication plan.
- Lead / take part in initiatives and BAU activities of the Group Functions DEG Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Data Governance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in creating content and presenting to senior management teams.
- Ability to lead productive collaboration meetings with diverse global stakeholder group remotely, including both technical and non-technical audiences using Agile framework.
- Amenable to work UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)
- Amenable to work on a fixed night shift schedule (usual is 8pm to 5am PH time)
