Global Portfolio Strategy Governance Lead managing execution of portfolio strategy across multiple business lines and regions. Maximizing market impact of product lines with governance and functional excellence.
Responsibilities
Provide and own governance of portfolio strategy execution across business lines and regions to maximize market impact of all product lines across market segments.
Owns portfolio strategy governance & functional excellence across business lines & categories including define, deploy, control and improve methodology, processes, tools, guidelines & standards.
Make sure the governance and arbitration platform is held on a monthly base with adequate topics in a lean manner (digital tool,…)
Make sure template for category books and business case are unified and used by functions and BLs during the governance and arbitration process.
Store decisions and communicate them to stakeholders.
Define and update regularly the category books and business cases templates with involved stakeholders.
Train, coach, deploy and communicate these tools to presenters.
In line with the portfolio strategy head, establish status quo per brand, at regional level and global level. Including profit statement, New business share % contribution tracking.
Accountable to show portfolio gaps on product group level (not reference level) across BLs while ensuring consistent approaches.
Act as shared service and show performance gaps on product group level by comparing portfolio performance versus Other business lines, Across regions, sub-regions, markets segments (premium, better, good).
Present recommendations to BLs (global, regional) and track execution (SP / OP).
Deploys digital monitoring and performance tracking dashboard and analytics following business user stories to support identification of opportunities and gaps.
Requirements
Min 8-12 Years of experience as either international portfolio manager and/or Business Development/Global product management responsible
Automotive OE or Aftermarket business expertise is must.
High knowledge of ZF Group products, internal structures and processes is a big plus
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Strategic and analytic thinking.
