Responsibilities
Customer management: Managing existing customers
Advising on services and products
Regular customer communication regarding the status of ongoing orders
Maintaining customer databases
Creating customer development plans
Handling complaints and escalations
Proposal management: Negotiating proposals with customers
Preparing proposals
Managing the proposal process
Order management: Developing and contractually agreeing new services in the form of product/service specifications or project contracts
Reviewing orders and service delivery
Maintaining product and service specifications
Acquiring new customers, business areas and projects
Reporting/monitoring for own area of responsibility
Ensuring profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for assigned customers
Requirements
Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or equivalent
Completed vocational training in IT or a commercial/business field
Practical knowledge and experience in selling IT services
Experience in customer support/account management or IT service management
IT know-how/technical understanding and relevant experience desirable
Ability to think and act entrepreneurially
Strong customer and service orientation
Excellent communication skills in German
