Responsibilities
Initiate onboarding and training plans
Checkin calls throughout the onboarding journey to ensure customer satisfaction and success
Create conversion balances
Responding to support tickets
Phone and Zoom support
Data migration support and troubleshooting
Coordinate and support data transfers
Assist clients with receipting/reconciling their CRM account
Ensure clients are responded to within agreed SLAs
Assist the Onboarding and Data Service team as required
Confidently navigate through programs such as Slack, Trello, Google Suite, Salesforce and Zendesk
Gather website requirements and coordinate with the website team
Requirements
Real Estate industry experience
Team player with a warm and welcoming approach
Next-level organisation and efficiency with an acute eye for detail
Ability to empathise and instil confidence in customers
Customisation of training plans to best support clients
