Requirements
- 3–5 years of operational HR experience
- Hands-on recruitment experience
- Solid knowledge of Estonian employment law (mandatory)
- Experience working with international teams
- Is structured, proactive and independent
- Speaks Estonian, English and Russian fluently (mandatory)
