Sales Ops Junior supporting daily operations and growth automation for a fintech company. Collaborating across teams to improve process efficiency and data integrity while managing Salesforce and technical support.
Responsibilities
Administration & Support: Daily management of the technical stack (Salesforce, Ringover) and commercial processes. You will be the primary point of contact for the Sales team to remove any points of friction.
Onboarding & Training: Ensure the technical onboarding and ramp-up of new hires. You will update training materials and playbooks to maximize user autonomy.
Financial Oversight: Administrative management of sales team commission (via Salesforce, Qobra), in direct coordination with Finance to monitor revenue.
Data Reliability & Analysis: You are responsible for the integrity of data entered into our tools. Your work is essential to secure the strategic analyses used by management.
Process Optimization: You work closely with teams in the field to identify gaps and lead continuous improvement projects to structure operations.
Automation & No-Code: You lead long-term projects to automate internal processes and low-value tasks (no-code tools, custom developments).
Requirements
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Ops, Financial Control, Project Management or Data Analysis (including internships and end-of-study placements).
Hard Skills:
Advanced Excel (complex functions, data structuring).
High proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Google Suite).
A real plus: proficiency or knowledge of SQL to query data independently.
Soft Skills:
Hybrid profile: You are both hands-on (resourceful, responsive) and analytical (long-term vision, structuring).
Absolute rigor: You have strong attention to detail, particularly around compensation and data quality.
Excellent interpersonal skills: You can adapt your communication to diverse stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Tech, Finance, Managers).
