Responsibilities
You support the creation and management of performance campaigns on Amazon, Meta, and Google — from setup through testing to optimization.
You analyze campaign KPIs, identify patterns, and derive concrete improvements.
You develop new ideas, experiment boldly, and help us capitalize on trends early.
You conduct small market and competitor analyses and help us use our advertising budget more strategically.
Requirements
Some experience in performance marketing is a plus — internships, university projects, or your own ads are perfectly acceptable.
KPIs, data, and numbers don't intimidate you. You want to understand why something works.
You are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
Basic knowledge of Meta, Google, or Amazon Ads is a plus. A willingness to learn is required.
You take ownership and are proactive — you get things done rather than waiting.
You have a good sense for advertising — a mix of analytical and creative thinking.
You are a team player and eager to collaborate with design, content, and product teams.
You are reliable, motivated, and want to develop further — both personally and professionally.
You can work at least 15 hours per week.
