EMEA TAA Specialist ensuring effectiveness and integrity of TAA processes, providing expert support and guidance. Collaborate with HR Partners for onboarding and improvement of TAA operations.
Responsibilities
Support end to end TAA processes including data administration, output and audit checks.
Support report requests from HR partners, managers, and Finance to ensure they have the correct data to complete necessary downstream tasks.
Responding to employee questions and resolving queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Provide SME support for questions from Managers and other stakeholders regarding time and attendance reporting.
Working with internal and external audit teams as needed.
Drive enhancement in the current processes to ensure optimum delivery and customer service.
Develop good internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.
Use initiative to solve problems daily and to generate new and innovative ways of meeting and exceeding customer needs.
Provide fast and responsive support for “emergency” situations that may arise.
Requirements
University degree, vocational training, or equivalent practical experience.
1–3 years’ experience with the UKG Time & Attendance (WFM preferred) system.
Strong understanding of TAA processes, with proven ability to deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify inconsistencies or gaps.
Experience working in a shared service or high-volume HR environment.
Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
Upholds the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
Fluent in written and spoken English (additional EMEA languages a plus).
