Responsibilities
Manage and maintain complex, multi-time-zone calendars for the CPTO and CDO.

Prepare and submit expense reports, support budget tracking for executives.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and last-minute adjustments.
Prepare travel packets and manage travel-related expenses.
Serve as the primary office operations coordinator for the local workspace.
Manage supplies, vendors, shipments, facility needs, and onsite resources.
Support onsite events, meetings, team gatherings, visiting executives, and local hospitality.
Partner with global HR/IT/Operations, US based EA to ensure alignment and smooth execution of local processes.
Act as the go-to onsite contact for employees needing operational support.
Requirements
Demonstrated success as an executive administrator.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
High proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and collaboration tools. Willingness to lean into AI.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in tech, SaaS, or global organizations.
Experience with office operations or facilities coordination.
