Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for positions ranging from tactical/operational to strategic levels
Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers
Define and manage candidate attraction channels
Manage posting and monitoring of vacancies on Grupo Positivo’s careers page
Administer assessments and evaluation tools in internal recruitment processes
Actively support managers in decision-making
Propose, test and improve tools, methodologies and assessment practices in Recruitment & Selection (R&S)
Work in an integrated manner with HR Administration and Talent Development
Co-own management and advancement of departmental KPIs
Interface with external HR partners
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related fields
Solid experience in Recruitment & Selection, handling operational, technical and higher-complexity roles
Strong experience using digital R&S tools, including ATS platforms, metrics and process management
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, controls and management presentations
Experience providing consultative support to internal stakeholders, particularly leadership
Ability to work autonomously with proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility
Collaborative, curious profile; questions the status quo and is focused on continuous improvement
Availability to work in a hybrid model (on-site on Thursdays and Fridays)
