Responsibilities
Participate in the full cycle of the recruitment process for all position types within the company, including internal movements
Develop innovative recruitment strategies
Advise and influence managers in their search for talent
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
Represent the company at recruitment events to attract top industry talent
Maintain an active network of potential candidates for current and future needs
Develop partnerships with external organizations to diversify candidate sourcing channels
Contribute to the improvement and standardization of recruitment processes
Foster a positive candidate experience and support the evolution of the employer brand
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
5 to 7 years of recruitment experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus
Creative mindset and curiosity about new trends
Familiarity with various recruitment platforms
Experience and proficiency in sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter (asset)
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively while meeting deadlines
Strong planning skills and a focus on process optimization
Autonomy, flexibility, initiative and rigor
Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint (Intranet)
CRHA designation, an asset
