Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for national and international roles in a high-volume recruitment environment
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals
Contact candidates via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes with hiring managers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Communicate selection outcomes clearly and on time
Maintain candidate and new-hire records in internal systems
Support pre-employment requirements (documentation, medical exams, appointments)
Assist with recruitment and relocation administrative tasks when required
Support onboarding in collaboration with HR and other departments
Conduct exit interviews and collect employee feedback
Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring KPIs
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience recruiting locally and internationally
Advanced English (spoken and written)
Comfortable with phone-based candidate communication
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Availability to work onsite for the first 2 months
