About the role

- Keep the ATS and hiring documentation accurate and up to date
- Share regular pipeline updates, risks, and next steps with stakeholders
- Monitor core recruiting metrics and suggest practical improvements
- Own the job offer process in partnership with HR/People team
- Contribute to France attraction and employer-brand activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency)
- Good knowledge of the French talent market and practical sourcing approaches
- Experience running end-to-end recruitment processes and managing multiple requisitions in parallel
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in French and professional working English
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tooling
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
