About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist driving end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles in Germany. Focus on building talent pipelines and enhancing candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of recruiting for blue-collar roles (production, logistics, service, facility, technical, etc.)
  • Sourcing excellence: You understand the mechanics of the blue-collar market and use targeted active sourcing, local networks, career fairs, digital channels and creative outreach approaches
  • Volume and speed recruiting: You manage complex hiring needs efficiently, prioritize intelligently and maintain high quality standards
  • Talent pools & community building: Build sustainable, resilient talent pipelines for hard-to-fill profiles
  • Data-driven recruiting: Analyze market trends, conversion rates, funnel KPIs and forecasts — you think about recruiting both operationally and strategically
  • Candidate experience for blue-collar audiences: simple, clear, fast and respectful

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting blue-collar profiles (in-house or agency)
  • Deep understanding of blue-collar labor markets, qualification profiles and regulatory frameworks
  • Experienced in handling high volumes, tight timelines and multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong ability to quickly understand needs in operations and logistics and translate them into concrete recruiting strategies
  • Clear, decisive communication — from plant managers to candidates
  • Data orientation, organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent German language skills; additional languages are a plus for diverse talent pools
