Responsibilities
Support immediate management on matters related to the department's processes and administrative services.
Send invoices and billing documents to companies to facilitate payment.
Record requests for discounts/credits, extensions, and cancellations in the billing system.
Adjust billing documents to meet the needs of companies and interns.
Keep the area's files, records and controls up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in processing the receipt of receivables and re-invoicing, aiming for recognition and settlement of received items.
Prepare reports and spreadsheets.
Maintain the department's electronic communication channels up to date to ensure proper handling and routing of Accounts Receivable actions.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Experience in internal and/or external customer service is required.
Must have 1 year of contract at CIEE; if promoted, must have at least 1 year since the last promotion.
Essential knowledge of G Suite, especially Google Sheets.
Must reside in the Greater São Paulo area or São Paulo city (Capital).
