strategically plan, create, and oversee all facets of digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, Google Display, YouTube, and social media
manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering a tailored experience to meet their unique needs and ensure satisfaction and strong, long-term relationships
monitor and manage campaign finances diligently, ensuring adherence to budgets, forecasting monthly expenditures, and reconciling any financial discrepancies
uphold strict adherence to campaign deadlines, ensuring precise and accurate execution of all tasks
conduct detailed tracking, analysis, and reporting of website analytics using GA4 and other tools, as well as performance metrics for all paid advertising initiatives
implement conversion tracking by setting up and placing the appropriate codes on clients’ websites
work closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing Science, Sales, Web Development, Social Media, Content, and SEO—to manage client accounts and implement tailored marketing strategies
support process innovation to ensure campaigns run efficiently and effectively
continuously stay informed on industry trends and best practices to maintain innovative and competitive marketing strategies.
Requirements
Legally able to work in Canada and located in Calgary, AB
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1+ years of experience in SEM (Search Engine Marketing), managing PPC campaigns on Google, demonstrating a strong grasp of paid search strategies
2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or client relationship management
Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager is an asset
Strong knowledge of Meta advertising
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a good understanding of A/B testing and experience optimizing marketing strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating strong project management and prioritization skills
Strong organizational skills to maintain systematic campaign management
Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of work.
