Responsibilities
Provide sourcing support for the Executive Recruiting team
Proactively design sourcing strategies that attract passive talent
Use various tools, technologies and strategies to source candidates
Manage candidates and prospects for effective pipeline generation
Gather and report on talent sourcing data and competitive intelligence
Leverage HR technology resources for leads and qualification assessment
Lead effective strategic sourcing of diversified talent pools
Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies
Maintain strategic relationships with recruiters for consistent messaging
Requirements
Experience sourcing candidates at the executive level
Knowledgeable in Candidate Screening, Diversity Recruiting, Employee Selection, HR Policies, Standards and Procedures, HR Planning And Development, Information Capture, Interviewing
3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience; university/college degree preferred
Certifications are often desired; in lieu of degree, comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
