Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for product and engineering roles—primarily Frontend (React) and Backend (Ruby/Rails) positions.
Partner closely with Engineering and Product leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
Create and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive and active talent.
Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, events, and other creative channels.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
Collaborate on designing and running employer branding campaigns—online and offline—to boost our presence in tech communities.
Represent the company at meetups, conferences, and other events to promote our brand and culture.
Track metrics, provide weekly reports, and identify opportunities for optimization in the hiring process.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in tech recruitment, with a strong track record hiring frontend/backend engineers (React, Ruby/Rails preferred).
Prior experience hiring for product companies or startups is a big plus.
Ability to engage, excite, and build relationships with top-tier talent.
Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
Strategic mindset and ability to influence hiring decisions with data and insights.
Passion for storytelling and branding, with experience in employer brand initiatives.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
