Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close a continuous pipeline of opportunities
Maintain account and opportunity information in Salesforce.com
Forecast business and sales pipeline as required by management
Up and cross-sell opportunities, probe for additional contacts with projects/opportunities
Achieve and surpass all stated goals for the position
Work with Marketing to conduct seminars, assist with trade shows, and other marketing related events
Requirements
2+ years of experience in closing sales
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Relevant experience in the Defense industry
Experience coordinating small to medium transactions
Experience working within a quota and commission structure
Fluency in English, the language of our company
Experience using Salesforce.com
A track record of overachieving Sales goals
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to be self-motivated and have a results-oriented approach
