About the role
- Senior Director, Global Access Strategy & Pricing leading oncology biosimilars initiatives at Pfizer. Responsible for pricing, access execution, and collaboration across global teams within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Oncology Biosimilars Access Matrix Team
- Review and approve pricing requests for the 3 mAb assets in the Oncology Biosimilars portfolio
- Finalize new bid price approval process using GTCS and roll-out to markets
- Ensure markets have tools and training needed to execute bidding strategies effectively
- Provide payer/access insights to support ad hoc analyses relating to market events
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in a highly matrixed environment
Requirements
- Masters (MSc, MPH, MBA) or Doctoral degree (PhD, Dr PH, ScD) in health services research, public health, epidemiology, or health economics
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with MSc/MPH/MBA or 7 years’ experience with PharmD/PhD/ScD, in a combination of Market Access, policy or Health Economics
- Knowledge and experience in oncology therapeutic areas is desirable
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills are required
