Responsibilities
Attend to clients via meetings and email, resolve inquiries and record them in the CRM.
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction.
Encourage and support use of the Extranet Portal.
Assist the sales team with administrative processes and order follow-up.
Monitor orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
Produce and update sales reports and customer service KPIs.
Interact with internal departments and carriers to resolve delivery and order issues.
Organize forms, ensure data accuracy, and support overall operational workflow.
Coordinate shipping of marketing materials and provide support to sales consultants.
Participate in department projects by prospecting and proposing topics, executing initiatives, and carrying out related activities throughout the project development cycle.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the role.
Experience in customer service.
Advanced/Fluent English.
SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module.
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle, TOTVS, etc.).
Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Knowledge of lubricants.
Knowledge of logistics.
Postgraduate degree in a related field.
