Responsibilities
Respond promptly and proactively to customers and internal sales requests
Process all sales-related activities efficiently, accurately, and within set deadlines
Gather and validate pricing from vendors and suppliers to prepare quotations and renewals, negotiating discounts where needed
Prepare customer proposals and contract renewals with precision and timeliness
Track upcoming renewals and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure timely conversions to orders
Maintain and update opportunities and customer data accurately in the CRM system
Draft and review customer contracts in coordination with the company’s legal counsel
Manage Deal Registrations through vendor portals to secure competitive pricing
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Presales, Sales, Procurement, Accounting, Technical, and Finance) to resolve customer issues
Maintain proper documentation of quotations and orders in SharePoint
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a similar administrative role (experience in the IT industry will be considered an asset)
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach
