Responsibilities
As an intern in Business Development, you will work closely with our Director of Client Solutions.
You will be involved both operationally and strategically in sales-related initiatives.
Analyze markets, develop materials for client meetings, and support growth initiatives.
Participate in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
Assist in preparing proposals and client presentations.
Develop business development materials and decision-making documentation.
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a master's program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel and can produce presentations and analyses at consulting level.
You speak fluent German and English (C1 or higher).
Experience with AI tools, e.g., prompting or workflow automation.
Prior experience at a startup is a plus.
Technical knowledge in data science, software development, or AI is a plus.
