Responsibilities
You will work closely with our Business Development team on a variety of exciting sales projects, particularly in the areas of CRM management and targeting.
You will actively work in our CRM system, creating meaningful dashboards, reports and analyses to support data-driven decision-making and user processes.
You will actively support change processes in CRM management by co-developing and implementing communication strategies to increase user acceptance and understanding.
You will assist in the creation and optimization of proposals and (customer) presentations and enjoy visualizing complex topics in a clear and engaging way.
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field and have a strong interest in sales and business development.
You have solid knowledge of and a confident command of the MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
You are tech-savvy and enjoy working with data, processes and systems, with a good understanding of the importance of data structures and relationships.
Project management is not new to you – you have already gained experience independently planning and executing projects, work in a structured and productive manner, and show initiative.
You have strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments and are keen to actively help shape and continuously develop our Business Development function.
Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
