Draft collective agreements
Negotiate and draft collective agreements with management
Oversee relations with the Works Council
Advise HR teams on individual situations

Implement compliance indicators and anticipate legal risks
Maintain ongoing monitoring of employment law
Requirements
English language proficiency (level assessed)

Master’s degree in employment law or equivalent
8 to 10 years of experience in employment law
Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment
Strong expertise in French and international employment law
Proficiency in managing relations with employee representative bodies
Fluent in French and English
