Structured 12-month trainee program with clear learning objectives
Intensive mentoring from your manager and experienced Customer Success Managers
Individual onboarding and learning modules with training videos, exercises and supervised work in 2nd-level support
Gradual expansion of your area of responsibility – from initial tasks to your own customer projects
Introduction to customer support and account management
Support in building long-term customer relationships
Identifying customer challenges and developing initial solution proposals
Assisting with measures to increase customer satisfaction and product usage
Cross-functional collaboration
Contributing feedback to Development, Application Engineering and Product Management
Support for release communications, e.g. newsletters and the Knowledge Base
Introduction to customer data analysis
First steps in deriving actionable recommendations
Requirements
Completed vocational training or university degree (field not important)
Initial experience in IT, media, project management, customer service or support is helpful but not required
Interest in software products and digital processes
Very good written and spoken German (at least C1)
