Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data streams and translate them into actionable insights.
- Develop and utilize dashboards effectively.
- Elicit, capture, analyze and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Conduct requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and focus groups to gather inputs.
- Identify and implement process improvements, suggesting changes to streamline operations and enhance services.
- Oversee project efforts, coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring resources are used efficiently.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and ensure their needs are being met.
- Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and work proactively to mitigate them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
- 3+ years of prior experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Experience in finance technology with a deep understanding of related regulatory and compliance requirements preferred.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum work environment highly preferred.
- Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) or Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) preferred.
