Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role. 2-4 years of talent sourcing experience in companies in a fast-growing, technology-focused environment.
- Experience managing any ATS.
- English proficiency, Portuguese is a plus.
- Data analysis is a huge plus.
