Responsibilities
Participar en la gestión del rendimiento construyendo y analizando tableros (SQL, Tableau)
Identificar puntos de fricción en la experiencia del cliente y proponer soluciones concretas (automatización, rediseño de procesos)
Colaborar estrechamente con los gerentes operativos para asegurar la adopción fluida de nuevas estrategias
Apoyar y asistir en el despliegue de nuevas herramientas y metodologías de trabajo innovadoras para nuestros equipos internacionales de experiencia del cliente
Analizar las mejores prácticas en el mercado para asegurar que papernest permanezca a la vanguardia de la innovación en CX
Requirements
Actualmente matriculado en una Maestría, MBA o Escuela de Negocios, o campo relacionado
Proficiencia en Excel o Google Sheet es un requisito; tener algún conocimiento de SQL es un (muy gran) plus
Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera estructurada
Fluidez en inglés (contexto internacional requerido). Español o francés son un plus
Mentalidad independiente, proactiva, ingeniosa y sedienta de aprender en un entorno dinámico.
