About the role
- Embedded People Engineer collaborating to automate high-touch workflows in people operations at Palantir. Building tools to enhance internal operations, using technology for impactful decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom applications, integrations, and workflows that eliminate manual processes
- Wrangling data and using AI to accelerate and enhance critical operations
- Shaping team strategy and driving projects from ideation to deployment, increasing your pain threshold to deliver real value
- Develop embedded relationships, building alongside user-groups and key stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar
- Hands-on experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance operations
- Interest and curiosity in bringing technical solutions to the people space
