About the role
- Analyst responsible for maintaining capital markets records at Bradesco. Executing document reception, controlling agency demands, and interpreting judicial documents.
Responsibilities
- Receive and screen documents, ensuring their compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Register investors in the book-entry records.
- Monitor and control requests returned by branches, ensuring corrections and appropriate resubmission of information.
- Read and interpret court documents related to shareholder registrations.
- Maintain documents in internal validation systems.
- Monitor remunerated events (payment of distributions) and non-remunerated events (subscription/split/bonus shares); perform recording, reconciliation and availability of information, participating in the operational stages of the process. Required skills include calculations and working with Excel spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Experience with administrative routines, document management and proficiency in calculations and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) — Intermediate level.
- Degree completed or in progress in Administrative areas, Law, Economics, Finance or Accounting.
