About the role

  • Digital Channels Analyst optimizing user journeys for financial product sales. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for optimizing the digital journeys of financial products, with a focus on driving sales conversion and continuously improving the user experience.
  • We are looking for a data-driven professional who uses data to identify opportunities and gaps, is not satisfied with the status quo, and can identify and develop actions to improve performance KPIs; proactive and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Performance Analysis and Journey Optimization: identify bugs, friction points, drop-off points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze daily sales performance metrics across digital channels.
  • Analyze the sales funnel, proposing and executing actions to optimize performance and increase conversion.
  • Evaluate initiatives to prioritize them with Product teams and supporting areas.
  • Detail and track ongoing workstreams, including projects, actions and studies to scale sales in digital channels.
  • Conduct discovery and benchmark competitors' offers and journeys to identify best practices and opportunities.
  • Present results and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Manage the initiatives under your responsibility, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on planning and executing communication campaigns for digital channels.
  • Monitor daily channel contract sign-ups to identify trends and needs for continuous improvement.
  • Perform operational controls to calculate incentive payments and plan capacity for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with digital products, focused on performance and conversion.
  • Previous experience with financial products.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn analysis into insights and actions.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and dashboarding platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills for manipulating and analyzing large datasets.
  • Understanding of sales funnels and digital marketing metrics.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (desirable).
  • Certifications in digital product development, Digital Marketing and AI for business.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in an AI-for-business field (a plus).
