About the role
- Senior Analyst handling complex rebate calculations for US pharmaceutical clients in LATAM. Collaborating with onshore teams and managing production-focused workloads with accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex rebate calculations related to managed care, Medicaid, and government programs.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly utilization data and translate it into accurate, client‑ready deliverables.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy, timeliness, and SLA compliance across all assigned work.
- Manage recurring, production‑focused workloads with consistency and attention to detail.
- Support client‑facing interactions, including responding to questions and explaining analyses when required.
- Collaborate closely with onshore US teams and internal stakeholders.
- Use internal calculation tools and advanced Excel to support analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- US pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
- Strong background in one or more of the following areas: Managed care, Medicaid, Government pricing, Gross‑to‑net calculations.
- Proven experience handling complex rebate calculations.
- Advanced Excel skills (required).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment with recurring deadlines.
