Responsibilities
Integrate with CRM squads to develop and operationalize commercial initiatives.
Refine business needs from strategic briefings, translating them into analytical and operational deliverables.
Explore databases using SQL and Databricks, automating the generation of segmented audiences for campaigns.
Provide audiences and data for commercial activities across different CRM platforms.
Work on the orchestration of multichannel communication journeys.
Build, automate, and publish campaigns using Salesforce solutions (e.g., Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization).
Diagnose orchestration failures, query performance issues, and dataset inconsistencies.
Work collaboratively with campaign strategists, measurement analysts, data engineers, architects, product teams, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Solid experience as a mid-level analyst in CRM, data, or related areas.
Proficient in SQL for data analysis and exploration.
Hands-on experience with Databricks (essential).
Familiarity with cloud data environments (Databricks integrated with cloud).
Ability to translate business briefings into analytical and operational solutions.
Experience working in a transforming environment, where data is not always fully structured.
