Responsibilities
On-site support, product training and integration of Platts services within customer workflows.
Become upskilled on current commodity news and channel partner platforms.
Strategize with Commercial and other teams to discuss client needs, deliverables and feedback.
Assist in growing the S&P Global Platts business by collaborating with Commercial.
Responsible for client onboarding, product training, relationship building and client deliverables.
Seek client solutions by partnering with Client Service, Editorial, Product, Marketing, etc., globally.
Travel and meet with clients to understand their view; share feedback internally as necessary.
Collaborate with global Client Service teams on best practices, lessons learned, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university
English command written and oral
Spanish command written and oral
3+ years of related work experience industry related work experience is required (finance, banks or trading)
Previous client support and/or Sales interaction.
A self-starter who’s organized and willing to own a portfolio of clients.
Time management and prioritization – managing multiple client requests, including product demonstrations, product training, and engagement documentation.
Ability to lead individual and group trainings effectively and succinctly, at all levels within a company.
Knowledge of energy, commodities and financial markets.
Ability to travel. ~40% travel time and meet with clients.
Experience with CRMs (Salesforce), Excel, Quip, Zoom, Teams API and Technology understanding.
