Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for our telesales activities and the sales lines within the customer service environment.
You develop an overarching strategy that sensibly connects all channels.
You monitor relevant KPIs, create appropriate reports, draw the right conclusions and adjust the structure when necessary.
You closely manage our external service providers.
For this purpose, you analyze the sales metrics in the reports on a daily basis and plan necessary adjustments together with partners.
You maintain continuous communication with service providers and agents, develop best practices and ensure their rollout.
You plan internal and external processes and are responsible for the quality delivered by the service providers.
Requirements
Several years of experience in telesales, inside sales or generally in a sales environment.
A relevant degree is a plus.
Must-have: You have already built and managed telesales teams and sales lines in a customer-care environment.
You are confident in developing strategies and preparing management presentations.
You have experience managing external service providers and a good understanding of KPIs and quality parameters.
You have a strong affinity for data, reporting, Excel and CRM systems (we use Salesforce).
You demonstrate a pronounced hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills.
