About the role
- HR Manager overseeing HR operations across 4 countries at OVRSEA, focusing on integration and collaboration with teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee OVRSEA’s HR function across four countries
- Manage and lead a team
- Ensure smooth HR operations and a high-quality employee experience from onboarding to offboarding
- Collaborate with HR teams from the two other group companies to harmonize HR policies, processes, and HR software
- Contribute to the success of the integration plan through people engagement
- Provide regular HR reporting to the Executive Committee
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Human Resources
- Preferably with experience in an international environment
- Preferably with managerial experience
- Fluent French required and professional-level English essential
- Spanish or Italian are a plus
- Knowledge of the Syntec and/or Transports collective bargaining agreements is a plus
