Requirements
10+ years of elevator industry experience required
Experience with leading a geographically dispersed team

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage simultaneous projects
Strong computer and technology skills
Experience with forecast accuracy, service revenue, and proposal activity metrics
Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing and margin management
