Responsibilities
Support the service sales teams in coordinating and planning day-to-day operations
Review and process leads
Carefully prepare and follow up on outstanding maintenance quotations
Assist with new customer acquisition
Coordinate special pricing conditions and tenders (RFPs)
Handle customer inquiries and coordinate contract amendments
Maintain master data in relevant systems
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration)
Technical understanding is a plus
Relevant professional experience is an advantage
Proficient in common MS Office applications, especially Excel
Strong communication skills
Strong customer- and service-orientation
Structured and responsible working style
