Inside Sales Account Manager responsible for onboarding and nurturing Dutch clients in the automotive sector. Collaborate with customers to enhance their business and reactivate dormant accounts.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day onboarding, nurturing and winning back Dutch customers
Recruit new traders and dealers from incoming calls or pre-assigned database by the Manager
Nurture the business relationships of the existing customers in your portfolio and help them develop and grow their business with us
Reactivate inactive accounts by understanding their needs and reasons for leaving
Present and demo our sales solutions to buyers and sellers
Run call campaigns towards new and existing customers (launch of new solutions, products and services)
Follow up and report on your responsible territory (market) information which could boost sales and OPENLANE’s market share
Yearly customer visits for a selected group accompanied by one of the commercial managers.
Requirements
You speak Dutch and English fluently. Any additional language is a plus.
You bring 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, or a similar commercial role.
You have strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage and close deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and build relationships with clients.
You stay positive under pressure, with resilience and a growth mindset.
