Requirements
- 8+ years of business recruiting experience with at least 3+ years in a people management role.
- Proven experience in both startup and large-scale environments.
- Expertise in global GTM recruiting, with experience across multiple regions.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics to improve recruiting strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
