Responsibilities
Administration du personnel : Rédiger et suivre les contrats de travail, avenants, courriers et attestations diverses
Assurer la mise à jour des dossiers salariés (visites médicales, télétravail, forfaits jours, situations individuelles particulières)
Apporter un premier niveau de réponse aux collaborateurs sur leurs questions RH
Organiser les réunions des instances représentatives du personnel (CE, CHSCT, négociations…) et en assurer la logistique
Gérer l’agenda et contribuer à l’organisation des réunions de la Directrice des Ressources Humaines
Participer au reporting lié à son activité et selon les modalités du service
Requirements
De formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines
Justifier d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans (alternance comprise) sur un poste similaire
Maîtriser parfaitement les fondamentaux de l’administration du personnel
