Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT to support and enhance the RightAngle application landscape
- Lead and support projects, defining requirements and testing criteria
- Provide day‑to‑day business support and consulting on value‑driven improvement opportunities
- Implement process or technology improvement opportunities by managing and prioritizing BPO projects
- Work with complex and/or cross-functional project teams
- Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of systems and develop strategies for improvement of business processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, MIS, or a combination of formal education and job-related experience preferred
- 3–6 years of experience supporting RightAngle end‑to‑end commercial or operational business processes within an asset‑intensive or transaction‑driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes
- Working knowledge of commercial, accounting, or supply chain process flows
- Experience supporting RightAngle process enhancements, system changes, or operational initiatives
