Responsibilities
Strategic planning, implementation and scaling of Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) within a performance marketing setup
Management and continuous optimization of campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
Analysis of key performance KPIs such as CAC, ROAS and CTR and derivation of concrete optimization measures
Close collaboration with Creative, Copy, E‑Commerce and Video teams to develop high‑performing campaigns
Responsibility for budget planning, forecasting and the continued development of our Meta performance marketing activities
Support with operational tasks in Google Ads such as campaign creation and maintenance (keyword expansion, ad adjustments, bidding)
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
Confident use of Meta Ads Manager and experience in campaign optimization
Understanding of tracking, analytics and performance KPIs such as CTR, CAC, and ROAS
Proactive, structured working style and a strong test‑and‑learn mentality
Initial experience with Google Ads and a personal interest in developing the channel
Fluent English (C1); German skills at B1 level are an advantage
